deangelo williams gives them the best chance to make plays. it will depend on what style attack the panthers employ. if they want a power running game, it will be foster. if finesse, then williams

DeAngelo Williams is going to be playing in a lot of different places this year on the field. He will be playing as much, if not more, than Foster. But Foster will be the starting tailback. Look for numbers reminiscent of McAllister/Bush from '06 from these two guys. With Williams, Foster, Smith, and now Jarrett as weapons for Delhomme, the Panthers should be no worse than a 11-5 playoff team in the weak NFC.

I'd really like to see DeAngelo start. I think he'll be a greater asset to the team. Another person you might want to watch out for is Eric Shelton. Our new Offensive Coordinator has gone on record as saying that they're going to try and use Shelton in the 3rd down situations.

Nobody should really "start"

On paper it doesn't matter...

But in the real game, I think they need to get a 50/50 punch from both of the guys

They both have talent... and the 2 back system is the new trend in the NFL

The two headed monster has worked well for all the teams who were in their respective conference championships last year, so I say split the carries and throw the ball to Steve Smith.

Nick in NC
