If you star my question, what benefit do I get from it? Just wondering, since there seem to be so many "star hos" on here begging for them.....

You get to see who really likes your questions this way. Funny how they don't have a "your question sucks" button.

Yes, not points, just to brag about how many you have and also to share a question with your contacts, when you star something it appears in their Q&A.

It's a "oooooh, look I have a ton of stars. I'm sooo cool" thing.
As far as I know, you don't get any points from them.

it seems last week someone mentioned that if you star a q it gets posted, who knows.
