Be yourself, and if you don't know who that is then set out to know yourself. When you know who you are and what you are about then you will not care what people think. And you know, we are human, we are going to think what people think once in a blue moon, don't let that bother you. I'm sure you have heard that no one is perfect, don't try to be it's a waste of your time here on earth. Go with the flow do your own thing, don't worry about what the other human is thinking of you or what you are doing, i'm sure they are not even thinking!

I'm not sure what you're asking but I always care what people think....I kind of shrug off the way people act towards me. I try to occupy myself in something or go somewhere to think in order to not care what people think.

Two important things to remember:
1. Forget how others act as you have no control over what they do and you will in no way be able to change it.
2. Remember that what another thinks has no bearing on you or your accomplishments, as you are the only one who can effectuate a change in your milieu!

Learn to let go. Hold an object in your hands and then drop it. Let it go. Unpleasant emotional states can be dealt with in a similar manner when we learn to let go.
Others are entitled to their opinions and their thoughts. That doesn't mean that we have to agree with their negativity, their labels, or their beliefs about the world.
Anyone who does think this way about is likely overlooking evidence about us to the contrary. When they are ready to see us differently, it won't happen.
Some people like me. Some people don't. I limit my contact with those who don't like me and reduce some of the impact that they have on me. They still are entitled to think what they want.

i'm torn about this question. on one hand, motives behind actions can make a huge difference. for example, if someone runs at me and knocks me to the ground, with the intention of robbing me - that's wrong. if he does it to save me from a falling piano, that's a hero.
on the other hand, i can't be arrested for THINKING about killing someone...only if i DO it.
back on the first hand...if someone does a favor for me and doesn't really WANT to do it because they're seeking my approval due to their own insecurity, that's called people pleasing/codependant behavior and is dishonest. if someone is doing me a favor to be kind and to serve God, that's love.
hmmmmmmmm....this one could go either way.

There's is just but another opinion, like yours or mine, and has no baring on your life after its spoken. So who cares what they think? Disregard the mindless comments of others; concern yourself with living your own life.
