Mine was pierced with glass by someone else. So i can't really take the credit for this answer ;)

I did when i was 5yrs old - it was my brothers birthday and he had been given a bow and arrow set. the arrow got stuck on the wall and he couldn't get it off i was slightly taller than him and managed to pull the arrow off the door and as i did i fell and the blunt end of the arrow went into my right eye piercing it. all i remember was being woken up in hospital with a bandage around my head and then being put though different sight tests. I was lucky I'd only damaged the white part of the eye.

Yes, my daughter poked me in the eye 3 years ago and her nail cut in to my iris. Absolute agony couldn't see for days and still have probs now as the cut never healed properly.

Yes, When i was a kid i was running around with a stick,,I fell and the stick went right into my eye...I have to have a lot of surgery on it and it is still a lazy eye now..

Yeah a piece of plastic from a machine.
Cut the lens, cornea and iris - 10mm laceration.

No, but I had LASIK surgery done, and they had to cut the cornea and peel it back while I was awake and watching. Does that count for anything?
