Yes, you can!
I do, and people always ask me why I'm so happy!!!
Unfortunately, when you do accept all facets of yourself, you find that you live a world and a society that can be very judgemental and mired in misery, mismanagement and manipulation, to say the least. I've found the best thing to do is find others like yourself who are also accepting and non-judgemental.

Yes to both. Passing judgment on myself is just about as constructive as passing judgment on someone else! I don't believe "judgment" really has anything to do with improving. It's a "bad" or "good" perception, I should or shouldn't have. Many people think of the past, & "mistakes" made. But were they really mistakes? If you could (& mostly you can) track the consequences of an action or inaction, you'd discover that what you first perceived as a mistake, had very positive consequences. I'm not saying not to grow or learn, but to "evaluate" rather than judge one's life. The most simple--for example--smile or scowl echoes forever, & who is to say what infinite impact they made? Loved guru's answer, & scorpion as well. To me, everything in life has harmony, (non-judgmental) in the whole of things. Even what may seem a great tragedy at the time of its happening.

Only God can judge. Everyone plays his role in life otherwise life would not balance. Nobody said its right but we need those killers, those prostitutes, those presidents, etc. Everyones upbringing determines how that person will end up as in life. Unfortunately we have life sentences for killers that is why one should strive to be the best they can be. Its survival of the fittest and decisions are made ina blink of an eye and if you dont make them, time will(hence time will tell). It might seem to be a nice and sunny day outside but its all an illusion, its tough out there. You might end up the killer or the killed. Who can judje then? We're all human right?

Yes, I needed to find a state of brokenness, of complete nothing in order to treasure my life.

without knowing what that would look like I called it with all my being, until one day reality was gone....

I found my pin point of awareness at the end of the tunnel, a light that exists beyond all chance, beyond all fathomable odds.

There I felt the love of God.

How could I not love and be loved God gave me existence...I am valid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am an intense person with vision and heart. I have looked for meaning and reason in all my experiences and have learned and healed over all the things I have done and been through.

I actually wrote pages and pages of the things I hid from others and myself because I didn't understand them or felt guilt. I needed to do that so I could open to the truth. It wasn't long after that that I became aware of life as I mentioned above.

Now I will NEVER be blind to Gods love and my sweet humanity.......I do realize the things I am responsible for though....*If I have the ability to help, I do*

I do not have any facets of my life which are either confused or problematic. I am a very simple person & it is very easy to accept the life as it goes. If ever there is any problem then I solve it so it is not a problem anymore & I hate passing judgements on anything be it my own life or of someone else's.

I can and do accept all facets of myself however, I do pass judgement. Both questions are not exactly related, but that's my answer.

I don't stress (or at least I try not to) over things that have already happened, but I have to be critical of myself in order to better myself.

Very good question - cheers!

People pass judgment all the time, whether it's about themselves or other people. People like to feel important and that they know things, so it's only natural.

But when it comes to one's self, living life without judgment is difficult. It's difficult, I say, but not impossible. The joys of living and letting others live is so wonderful. It's not about not caring. It's about acceptance.

If accepting all facets of myself means sitting back complacently, then no. There is always room for improvement. Continuously improving oneself should be a daily goal by reviewing and appraising oneself.

Judgment is a choice.

You have no faults in my view. Over the course of your lifetime, you will be many things. Many things will change. Your beliefs will change, your thinking will change. How you act and react will change as well.

We spend to much time as a culture criticizing ourselves and criticizing others. Self-criticism is a form of self-punishment in my view.

When we choose to stop judging ourself and calling ourselves names, or labeling ourselves, our "mood" definitely improves. The harsher we are on the self, the worse our outlook on life becomes.

This is what exactly every one has to do. Observe and accept. This is really surrender to the supreme will of God and remain burden less for ever.
