Fortunately, I've never been arrested. I was ALMOST arrested once, many years ago.

Someone had stolen my truck and I reported it to the police. The police recovered the vehicle and returned it to me, but they never told the Department of Motor Vehicles.

When I went to pay the annual registration fees, they still had it listed as stolen. I was taken into a back room by two inspectors and they read me my Miranda rights. We had a good laugh about it and they let me go after a while.

The Police and criminal evidence act ( PACE ) says that you can be detained for upto 24 hours. The police then have to apply for more time if required.

15 hours, try going 15 years without dropping the soap. If you did something wrong for them to pick you up, don't expect sympathy for 15 hours.

No but some of you may recall my husband 'Buck Flair' who was recently taken into custody by the Yahoo! police for the crime of not being sensible enough.

I am only a poor housewife so I don't have the funds available to bail him out yet - if anyone can help me please do! I am accepting cash donations.
