In ANY area, it depends on how dirty you have left the place and how many hours it takes to clean the place properly and make it acceptable to the next tenant. If you have left a real pigsty, expect a bill which might exceed your security deposit. If it's close to spotless, you might get all of your security back.

In a nutshell, it's based upon how much work is required to bring the facility back to rental condition.
