I'll give it a 3. It's quite okay but really just okay. The climax wasn't good enough and Spiderman begins to show his ill manners even before he was infected with venom. The beginning was really long and I think Mary Jane is too good towards him for all he's done. Their problems aren't resolved in the whole story and at the end, Mary Jane just forgave him for being so self-centered. But on the whole, it's still okay.

I would give it a 2.5.
Peter Parker was never a doofus, yet Toby McGuire plays him as a total doofus, all duck-lipped and bug-eyed. There is none of the classic Spiderman repartee with his villains.
Thomas Haden Church, on the other hand, is great as Sandman.
But other than that, I kept looking at my watch wondering how long the movie was going to last so I could go home.

The plot was really brilliant and this time the comparison
between film and comic more apparent and I felt I knew this comic strip well.
Sandman was brilliant he was so convincing and there are a few twists. I have seen it and dont want to see it again in any format .. it was memorable but seemed long.
If Spidey was going to finish on 3 films then this was a great finale and rounded of things from the first two movies.

It was poor. very scrappy story line, no script, no quick wit, american flags everywere, inplausable plot twists etc. and the end, proper toss that.
why no life's a beach joke after he kills sandman?, why the moody bad acting? did anyone feel venom was sh it? or do you think the camera lady descibing spidey being done in should be shot for the worst scripted acting anybody will ever see? i loved the first 2, but this was a confusing, un-interesting, non-enterty in my eyes.

I give it a 4 because of the ending. If there's a Spiderman 4, I'll change my rating to 5.

Really liked #3. It was better than #2 and am looking forward to #4 whenever they decide to make it. I'm a die hard Spidey fan since the 70's.

It kept me on the edge of my seat. I loved it. We saw it Tuesday night the 22nd. It
was fast paced and the special effects were unbelievable. I give it a 5 whatever the top rating is.

I'd give it a 2, not as good as the first two films, a bit of a let down for me, shame because i was really looking forward to seeing it, very disappointed.

spiderman 1...... was a 5
spiderman 2...... was a 4
spiderman 3...... was a 3 to 3.25
they are getting worse in my opinion.... Like what the hell was the deal with the black thing from space... they gave us NO CLUE on where and why it came and why the hell did it land in NY in the same park at the time Peter Parker was there anyway... what is the freakin chance....
It is just becoming more bogus....
