why would a request for a will being probated be rejected?

This question is poorly worded. Do you want to probate a will, or do you want a copy of a will that has been probated?

Edit: [added 16 May 2007 1:01 p.m] It appears that the will was rejected by the Register of Wills or comparable office. I am trying to find out now the name of the state, as well as more details, such as whether or not there may have been a caveat filed prior to the presentation of the will.

I realize that a lot of people use Yahoo ! Answers for legal advice, but I believe the best advice I can give is to have the Asker consult an attorney in the county where the will was rejected from probate.
