Do you try and befriend people who are just like you, befriend people who are complete opposites of you, or both? I would love to hear your opinions on the matter, thanks.

I try to find Christians to make friends with.. It hard though were I live there are very few!!!! My best friend and I are complete opposites. P.S. I think you are a great person. Nice to know that there is another christian. snowsweetballpurple@yahoo.com

I have trouble making friends actually. I'm kinda shy and a bit reserved until I get to know someone. I generally lean towards those people who are funny and that I can easily banter with. Usually I lean towards similar people but I also like people of opposites. I don't focus on whether we are the same or not...if I have a good time, then I'll like that person.

Both. I can relate to people just like me and to people who are opposites of me. As long as the person is nice and interesting, I don't need them to agree with me on every little thing. Besides, it's good to have some friends who don't view things the same way you do. That way, your ideas get challenged, and you won't get stuck in a rut. But, it's also nice to have friends who are a lot like you are.

most of my true friends are people who I hated at some point in my life and they are both like me and the complete opposite of me.
