Serbia
Iraq

Sudan
back in the 1990's,

I don't know where everyone is getting the idea that America is not respected worldwide. You obviously are not paying attention or you are being spun by the anti-Bush left.
Here is the real story:
Australia: Pro-American Prime Minister John Howard, conservative, Iraq war supporter, Bush supporter...reelected for a third term.
Canada: Conservatives swept last year's elections making Conservative/Pro-American Stephen Harper Prime Minister.
Germany: Pro-American Angela Merkel destroyed
anti-American chancellor Gerhard Schroeder in 2005.
France: Pro-American Conservative Nicolas Sarkozy hammers the socialist candidate to become President.
So you see, the facts do not support the rhetoric. America is well respected and loved throughout the world by our friends, hated and despised by our enemies. Just as it should always be.
Don't believe the hype it's deceitful.

i think of I spoke back this question as quickly as in the past.... in the previous i could have suggested know/have confidence could nicely be retrieved with particularly some actual care and attempt. In that 2nd I better than probably advance into too plenty related to regaining something I felt advance into taken from me individually. a pair of years down the song and a few extra betrayals, enable downs and water decrease than the bridge plus a metamorphosis in profession - i could could desire to assert i'm of the view on the tip of the day no longer something concerns...... I actual have continuously well known genuineness in a individual. devoid of that - know is impossible no rely what the situation. I actual have forgiven in the previous - persevering with to work together - yet forgetting is the concern. in the returned of the concepts there is mostly a sprint concern that history repeats. perchance that's available to get some know returned yet to restoration have confidence/know in entirety - perchance no longer. Fractal I continuously discover your comments considerate & intelligently eloquent - and that i thank you. extra to Fractal: speaking from the attitude of training detachment (re: the no longer something concerns - no longer quitting lol in case you get me...) {{{don't be modest - enlightened assertion is your distinctiveness'}}}

I believe we have respect around the world, and the reason is because of President Bush! He does what he says, and he does not back down. We are number 1 and will remain so, unless you want Pelosi or Clinton or some other mamby pamby for YOUR leader!

I truly hope so. If we elect future presidents ( or is it Dictators now? ) who are SMART, listen to the wants and needs of the people and who tries very hard to rebuild our country, I think we will regain respect. However, if another jackass is elected into the White House once this jackass leaves, we are doomed! Plain and simple.

US is a great country because of its people and institutions and not because of individuals. Real evaluation of Bush shall start few years hereafter.
US now need more pragmatic and mature set of President and Vice Presidents.

I believe it will take sometime but the world will respect America again. Watching alot of International news suggests that other countries are very aware that many of Americas policies are what the American people want. Other countries see Bush as our leader and is not listening to his people in the descisions that he makes on a daily basis.

The rest of the world will "respect" us as soon as they need our help! Be it a war or natural disaster, America will surely be called upon to help somewhere, at sometime.

Look around you hero, the rest of the world is becoming more like us. They are as we should be. We are becoming weak, politically correct, and apathetic. Even France has seen the error of its ways. Stop thinking hugs fix the world, get a job, and think for yourself.
