I'm hoping this is a facetious question, but the answer is because she was Jewish, they were Nazis, and they were rounding up all Jewish people to take to the camps for testing and eventual extermination.

The first answer has it right. The SS were Nazis, she was Jewish, and at the time, the SS were rounding up Jews to take them to camps.

Umm... because she didn't want to die. The SS are Nazis, who were rounding up the Jewish people (which Anne was one of) to take them to concentration camps where they would work very hard until they died.
