I have difficulty understanding your question.

Vagina is an opening, not a vessel which has volume. I do not recall any outer space object named vagina, as such.

The universe at present is said to be 40 Billion Light Years from us deep in every direction. That is the maximum distance we can presently see with our most advanced optical and radio telescope equipment. However, just because that is as far as we can see does not mean that is the end of space. We just cannot "see" any farther than that.
So there is no possible answer to your volume question regarding the Universe. It is very, very, very big.

And, I beg to differ with the previous Answerer who said it is expanding. The correct answer is that objects in the Universe are moving outward, and away from each other in space. Space itself is not defined as far as size is concerned and can therefore neither contract or expand. In their movement outward from a former central spot, some objects collide. From those collisions, and from explosions of other objects, thrust in far different directions from the initial outward movement is produced. So, some things (objects) are moving one way, and others are going in totally different directions.

The vastness of space is rather hard for many earthbound people to digest and fully comprehend. That is especially true if they have never tried to understand the construction of the our Solar System, and the composition of the universe.
