motives why some landlords request no DSS (they simply want people who're working or have funds) - is by using the fact they must sign in with the DSS themselves to get Housing earnings paid to them for the tenant. sounds like they do no longer want somebody understanding what their condominium earnings is, or they want to charge greater effective than the DSS pays.

Try your local DSS / Housing Office = they will have lists of Landlords / Housing Associations accepting DSS
