well, technically u can. but why do u want to live after 100
you'll be very very old, you won't be able to remember anyone, people will pity u because your medical condition will be terrible, and u will most probably make a fool out of your self

Hopefully you will live up to 100+ years, but we never know what will happen in the future. So live your life to the full.

you could get to live to about 100+ (or centenarians, as they are called from the word "century") considering many factors: health, purpose in life, etc.
this is because sometimes, people get too sick of life even before reaching 70 (feeling of worthlessness, no purpose in life, with everyone they know gradually dying out, etc.)
life is short, and death is sure. it would be better though to invest on life on the other side: do good things, karma would eventually come back to you, etc.
