. Kids that come over my house to play and want to watch tv. Already boring!! They do not know how to entertain themselves. Or kids that are picky eaters.

Whew... so MANY things...
But what it comes down to is that I hate when parents don't properly discipline a kid, so the kid ends up being a brat and the parent:
A) doesn't do anything to correct it and
B) throws up their hands with a look that says, "I don't know WHY this kid acts like this... it's a mystery..."

My 2 y/o son does things on purpose to push my button's. He will knock any soda, any water,or anything liquid over and spill it all over the floor. I get sooooo aggravated. He'll spill it on the bed, carpet, sink anywhere. It's usually a soda I'm drinking and he'll come up,kick it, and run. lol lil' sh!t

I have 3 kids myself and I can't stand it when I am talking to them and they act like they don't understand a word I am saying. They just kinda have this look like what's goin on, are you talking to me??

the fact that they are helpless and u must do everything for them, no matter the time of day. their only alarm signal is to cry out. very annoying

Does it matter? Remember when you were little and your parents would tell you off for being 'annoying'? It's what kids do and have always done.
