Up my nose (for the past 34 years - I'm 41 now)
And on my leg (for the past 20 years) - It's my Blotch, no idea how I got it but its like huge blister on the front of my leg that just appeared and never went away - doctors have no idea why its there. I certainly would remember a burning or scalding incident that left a blister six inches by three inches.
Anyway, if it gets a bad knock it bursts and then its just irresistable.
I have a dressing on (Inadine and mepore) so that I can't get at it mainly. heeheeheeheeheeheehee.

Uni stress has had me picking away at my fingers. Any dry bits and away they go.
Got my first oven burn awhile back as well... it's healed now but it took along time because it was stupidly addictive.
Honestly, it all started back as a kid when I'd get bug bites and they're just fun to pick at because it doesn't hurt. Strange habit but a fun one.
I'm sure I'm a bit OCD, I have the same thing with black heads and zits, wanting to pop them, but I have quite good skin so I hardly ever get the chance, unless the BF's being nice. Horrible when someone has a big ol' zit and you can't stop staring at it :)

Yes one on my belly from a huge big American boxer dog that tried to attack my dog but got me instead, the big bite and claw marks he gave me are almost clear now but the urge to pick at it is driving me crazy.

i used to be a picker, genuinely greater of a peeler. Now, I attempt to not %. it, yet my hand many times contacts something which will commence the choosing and that i might end it off.

I pick my skin a lot. It's called dermatillomania.
I have scars all up and down my arms from it. People think I do meth, ha ha. :\
