how can i get the per cent of 200 to 30,000 ?
lets say 20 to 100 = 20 %
20 to 1000=2% right ?
but whats 200 to 30,000 = ?????????

20/100 = 0.2
20/1000 = 0.02
So, to get the answers you got... you have to multiply by 100.
So, 200 to 30,000 would be 200/30000 x 100
= 0.00667 x 100
= 0.667 %

In your example, the fraction is 200 / 30000
