I sometime watch TV or listen to the radio and u will hear the saying they have a close door meetings.I belive that if a leader is on political talks for his nations and the jorunalist are to cover the programme, everything should be open. Onless he is there for his own personals talks. Because to my understanding close doors means shearing secret.I will like to know if this is part of the consistuation ?.

I don't think the Constitution specifies what meetings need to be held in public.

Many deals and compromises are worked out privately.
