Mostly water... some Carbon, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, etc. etc. but mostly water. Your body produces salts and runs on electrical impulses. These impulses are generated in the brain and travel through your central nervous system with the help of Potassium and Sodium (aka electrolytes).
