I found a meteor years ago, and it has been at my parents house all this time, I just got it back the other day. Just curious.

Like any other collectible, your meteor is worth whatever someone will pay for it. It has no inherit worth other than as a paperweight, but if you find someone that places a value on it for whatever reason, then that is what it is worth!!

Like everyone else said, do a search or put it on eBay and you can find a market value.

it depends on who owns it and what meteorite it is.there are also such factors like how much was found, whether it hit anything and more.the value of a meteorite varies from $.10 a gram($40.00)a pound to 1000's a gram.the final price of a meteorite is determined by supply and demand....its real value being whatever someone will pay for it.
