Human mind, in my view, is an expression of some divine reality into a baser level in existence. We are almost fully aware of the ways the mind interacts with the material reality of our existence, but how does the mind links up to its essential and sublime reality. The physical world can appear gross to us in view of our dreams of perfection, but where do we get our dreams and how human mind conceives its sense of super-real and supernatural if it is completely encased into an imperfect material world? The answer to this question is in the mind, but not in the subconscious mind, much deeper than that, into a mind that is essential and constant, that is so much closely a part of our being that we can never see it, not even through keen and intrusive eyes of science.
The mind in between that higher, or spiritual mind is called subconscious. It is like the private stuff that we keep in our cupboards, chests and suitcase in our homes. Whereas the higher purposes that enables a household to be a home is kept far more securely, into hearts and minds of the members of a family, for example.
In our subconscious mind there is all-important stuff stored and preserved: our dreams, aspirations, ambitions, wishes, intentions, prayers and our emotions are rooted there. It is like the programme code for the operation of our conscious mind, our behaviour. There is no gap between what we might have in our subconscious mind and what consciously think or choose to do in life - our exterior actions always have their interior motives. It is therefore possible through a carefully stud of what people think, say or do to get a fairly accurate into the subconscious mind of a person.

Good question. Depends on how you interpret it, dreams are a part of the sub-sonscious mind. That leads us obviously to Sigmund Freud. However i dont agree with his theories of dreams, and supressed sexual desires, especially with the elektra complex and such. There several other psychologist which took dreams to a different spin. Personally i think the sub-conscious stores nothing more than what we've known. No internal, society-unfit emotions, just the past and current. Maybe some of those memories or feelings are repressed outwardly on a daily basis and are exhibited in the sub-conscious, but i dont think it's focused on some dark place where humans store all their sexual wants etc, like freud is suggesting, but rather a collective of everything.

For a properly integrated person the subconscious is not separate.
For most the subconscious surfaces at rare moments of extreme anguish, great happiness, or spiritual practice. That is why we feel that we have secrets locked up.
May be we should call it super consciousness.
All our anxieties, fears, and negative thoughts that we feel we cannot bear to live with, are the locked up secrets. If we can bring them out and exorcise as it were, we can lead a peaceful life later

the only issues I ought to assert is that don't relate your "heart" to a understanding. there is plenty context, and warning signs or symbols based around the middle that don't greater healthful what you go with it to be. additionally, you seem prepared on time. in case you experience you're dropping time, then, loosen up your lifestyles. all of us have lots of time, i think. simply by fact that your suggestions seemed to be prepared on time, the two attempt to not be prepared on time, or discover out what works for you. in case you could by some capacity save time with the aid of thinking a definite way, then choose for it. yet once you eliminate the time subject, you eliminate the will for one among those prepare. style of rambling right here, yet despite the fact that.

People took Freud literally. He acknowledged that the "subconscious" was a metaphor in his work.
The subconscious didn't exist until Freud coined the term.

I think our subconscious has the power to see/sense things in other dimensions - but we are programmed not to listen/feel.
