I'm trying to change it back to Yahoo!, but everytime i change it to www.yahoo.com, and click apply or okay, it just loads as google. I have google toolbar... and i'm not sure if that's what's messing it up or not.

You can use the Windows registry to override software from changing your homepage

Go to to the start menu then run.

Type regedit, press ok.

Go to HKey_Current_User \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ Main

Give the Start Page key the string value (webpage, www.yahoo.com) you wish set as homepage

Open the page you want to set as your home page - Yahoo in this instance. Then click on Tools, then Internet Options and the General tab will then open. Click on Use Current and that should work.

Un-install the Google tool bar.

It sounds like a virus or spyware of some sort. Get a good anti-virus program and anti-spyware program.
A good free anti-virus program is AVG's anti-virus thing.
Good anti-spyware programs include: AVG's anti-spyware program and AdAware by Lavasoft.
