What is an easily replenished non environmentally hazardous chemical that will glow in a black light?

You see I need something that will rub off on those who come into contact with it easily so I can identify the object touching it but on a very large scale.

Since all chemicals are potentially hazardous under the correct conditions, you will not find anything you can use. There are powders you can use, but be sure to read all the safety requirements and limitations. On a large scale, you may find someone is allergic to the powders.

Black light ??? Its actually darkness. Such materials are called phosphorescent or fluorescent.
