You never hear about drivers pulling over to the side of the rode so they can puke, only passengers do that.

The reason you get car sick is that you aren't watching what goes on outside. You look inside the car and your eyes tell you that nothing is moving. Your inner ear, however, is telling you that you are constantly moving every time the car turns, slows down, or accelerates. The driver is always (hopefully anyway) looking outside the car and so he sees the actual movement taking place and his eye and inner ear don't get confused.

Because Passengers aren't used to it as much as drivers, drivers drive more and are used to it

The drivers are to busy driving to be bothered by motion sickness.
