Couple of years ago all employees received this memo in pay with paychecks
"As of next Monday lunch can only be taken at lunchtime"

there were loads of funny joke ones, but our company issued a memo, in all seriousness saying due to the high number of memos being circulated there will be no more memos and everything would be circulated electronically, all 4500 employees got a copy!

Our Chief of Police was a college educated man who couldn't spell to save his life. He wrote a memo saying that we should be more diligent and attentive during "PEEK" traffic times. We all asked if we were supposed to hide behind our cars and "PEEK" over the hoods at traffic.
For some reason he didn't find that amusing at all.

It was sent to me on April Fools Day..as I am the "Boss"..=)
