older people hate older birthdays. Make it fun and young. Get them a limo ride to a nice resturaunt or a monster truck ride. just something that is memorable and exciting

I got my Mum a ride in a hot air balloon for her 60th. She's still waiting to go because of the weather, but it's always been her ambition, so I was glad to oblige.

You are lucky one that you have had 60th birthday to celebrate with them. The thing they need is your full concentration and little time with love for him.

A romantic dinner that you set up and cooked for them at home. They will love it. Candles lit and music softly in the background. Try o find out their "song." They will love you for it. It will bring back so many memories. Good luck!

Depends how much money! If i had money and my parents like music i would get a dancer instructor for couple hours and party at home with my family.

why not chip in with the rest of the family and book them a nice weekend break away to a log cabin somewhere....there are websites that do geat deals all over the UK, i did it for some members of my family and they loved it..you can get self catering or have them serve your parents....hope this helps..happy birthday to them both.....

at 60 they either have it or don't want it,so why not just have them over for a back yard cook out?? another possible choice is if they have some property that they take care of you could give them a day of your life.

Have all of your siblings and you get a picture made, and have it framed for them. Also a beautiful card telling them how much you appreciate them.

A vacation.

Some updating or repair for their home.

A new big screen television.
