Thats normal, once you have children your sex drive doesn't vanish, it decreases because of the demands placed on you.
I had this same problem and found I had to make myself be sexual with my husband, once it started I was into it.
The problem is your tired and the last thing on your mind is physical activity. Try to set your mind on having a night with your husband and make it work.
Hope this helps and Good luck.

i have freinds that dont care if they never do it again, they have lost any and all sex drive, you have to think your hormones change at different times and you are tired i expect after looking after the children and the house etc, some of my freinds sex drives have come back and some not, i have the opposite i have a much higher sex drive than my husband which drives him mad, he wishes i had no sex drive, dont worry so much about it, i have heard of people that take it slowly again with there partners, like courting again, you know nice meal together, maybe a bath or massage each other, your sex drive may come back when you are not feeling so tired or pressurised. if you try these things and still nothing then seek further help.

Hi
You shouldn't have a sex drive for kids in the first place.

It exits your body during Child birth .LOL Young children take care of any sexy moods you ever had.
You actually can nurture it back, but you have to work on it. It does not happen by accident.
Good Luck.

It could be the type of contraception you are using. If it has 'artificial' hormones eg. the pill, injection etc. they are known to reduce sex drive.

Oh yeah! Welcome to my world. Haven't seen a therapist but we try to arrange a "date" (child free 24 hrs) once a month.
That way he has something to look forward to. If you have doting grandparents, they can help out. Otherwise, arrange for a friend to mind yours one weekend and then you mind hers another weekend. It's kinda working!!!
