You have indeed posed the most singular existentialism poser of the millennium. Philosophers ,social scientists ,economists,financiers ,and the world at large owe an irredeemable debt of gratitude to you ,and you can safely leave this world knowing that you have initiated a study ,that will create global universities ,scholars ,and laymen alike to ponder this idea over. To my humble mind ,there may not be a right answer to this awesome question . I am optimistic though, that this may be just the answer to the end of all our the ills that plague our planet-wars,poverty,illiteracy etc etc.

Of course bush has a brain. What are you asking. Now, if you were to ask if it is extremely primitive and demonstrates little imagination, flexibility, and intelligence, then I would say yes, that much is quite obvious.

I think everybody has a working brain but some chose not to use it, though some use their brain how they think it should be used and others - looking from outside - think that they would do differently in the persons situation, but ask yourself would it be better for people your leading with that mind?

Of course! You would definitely need a working brain to think up ways to destroy the image of USA and causing trouble all over the world. He has to think it up all night, you know, picking on Arab countries, lying about weapon of mass destruction and all that crap.
