When you buy something which one do you prefer?

Usually if it's food I don't mind getting the off brand items. But when it comes to hygiene products I usually like to get the brand name items. Clothes are usually bought at places like wal-mart so they are rarely name brand unless it is a gift then we get name brands. We try to save money where we can, but sometimes the big name that comes on a product feels worth the little extra cash.

I don't go for branded things for the very reason that they are expensive. (Unless I'm mega-rich, which I'm not). And I particularly dislike monograms on things like bags, shoes or clothes (like in some very expensive designer brands). Somehow, that seem tasteless.

When I go shopping I always buy the brand name stuff, I get that from my mom. If my b/f does the shopping he'll get the off brand things. It doesnt really matter to me though, we use both.

I couldn't care less about brand names as long as the quality is decent.

Branded: Hair color, underwear, food, cleaning supplies
Not Branded: otc medicine, bandages, disposable cameras, juice.

Mostly not branded, but I do like really good, fresh orange juice and I'll pay more for that.

i buy non branded

it is very funny when you look at light bulbs made for wal-mart or k-mart
they are 3 bucks cheaper but the box says made by GE

batteries are made by Duracell

look at alot of the products and you will see it
very weird
