Well, technically they both weigh the same. :-)
1 lb of Muscle = 1lb of Fat
If your talking about Mass Weight, then Muscle. :-)

EDIT: Nope, I don't feel stupid at all. Everyone who answered muscle is right because in terms of mass weight, muscle is heavier. The question was never... "which is heavier, one pound of fat or one pound of muscle". I could have actually answered your question with "fat" and if you had asked me why, I would have told you that two pounds of fat are heavier than one pound of muscle because you never specified how much.

Well I don't know who Hammer is, but as far as fat and muscle, well they both weigh the same.
