I had some awesome Chicken Colorado at the buffet at the South Point casino in Las Vegas, Nevada today. It had serious zap but didn't detract from the flavor of the chicken or the red-and-green-pepper sauce.

Ohh my favorite..General's Chicken or depending on the Chinese restaurant...Generals Tso's chicken. They are both the same and if made right can make ya sweat!

i guess maybe a lightly (lightly) seasoned chili. don't like hot for the sake of hot. if i can't taste the food, there is no sense in eating it.
