You do not have good motivations here. The fact that you are planning to use somebody in order to get a greencard is disgusting. My guess is any good canadian, uk or american girl will be able to see straight through your shallow, scheming motivations.

I'd advertise. Put an appeal out on websites, maybe ads in newspapers. Say you're looking for a nice woman to marry, and that you are financially able to take care of her, and that you're willing to move to where she lives. If you're not picky on age, you will find that you get a lot of responses!!

Obviously without success. Pick a country and stay there and work hard, dont abuse the countries systems and marry for love not convenience.
If that fails.... you can marry one of my sisters-in-law.
