President Gloria Macaraeg Macapagal Arroyo, 10th President of the 3rd Republic of the Philippines has been accused of cheating the Presidential Elections of 2004 through a wiretapped telephone conversation with an Commission on Elections commissioner. She hates the Opposition. In the House of Representatives, The minority Representatives attempted to bring her down twice or thrice due to her corrupted leadership. She was the daughter of the 5th President of the 3rd Republic of the Philippines with the name of Diosdado Pañgan Macapagal.
She was the Vice President of the 9th President of the 3rd Republic of the Philippines Joseph "ERAP" Ejercito Estrada (an retired actor). He now imprisoned for plunder. On 2001, GMA overthrew Erap from his presidency in the most recent People Power Revolution (EDSA DOS). Her legacy as a president will be left as dark memories mixed with corruption which may be remembered by the Opposition.
There were many people attempting to oust her but all of them had failed. This personality has brought the condition of this Southeast Asian Nation into a state of humiliation and of Political and economic outrages. She lost its nationalistic uniqueness and political professionalism but not the culture. What caused all of this? It is the Political and undemocratic demonstrations influenced by the lack of logic and and persuasions of graft and corruption. This is the negative personality of the Filipino People.

Sometime ago I caught an interview with Ms. Arroyo in which she came off as arrogant snob whom is out of touch with the plight of the average Filipino. Although this is merely my own opinion I thought lowly of her as a fellow human. With so many great, warm, courteous, kind of heart, humble and decent Filipinos I ponder why the Philippines tends to elect emperors rather than those sincerely/genuinely interested in the welfare of all the people rather than the elite wealthy few.
