Any time now you will be making SEMEN. You might have started already.
When you start having nocturnal emissions or ejaculation you can get some of it and put it under a microscope and see.

at the age of 12 you are or are about to go into puburity. Which is when a boy becomes a young man. Some boys don't start until 14 or 15 it all depends on how fast your growing up.You will start getting pubic hair first then your testicles will start the process of producing semen. It's a wonderful feeling when your sperm passes out of your penis

I was 12 when i started masturbating and I did not ejaculate (produce semen) until just before turning 13 .
It is possible that masturbating accelerates the beginning of semen production, nor that I am suggesting that u should be masturbating! Its a very natural thing and nothing to worry about. It will come soon enough :)
