They could try a number of things: beta blockers, SSRI's there are a number of medications which can be used to reduce your libido.

You are a normal young man. The fluid you produce is a lubricant produced in your Cowper's Gland. It is a natural secretion that makes intercourse easier. There is nothing you can do to stop it. It is there for a purpose.
