I am not sure if there is different stages and phases of community profiling and I am not sure this is a philosophical question either, but I am well aware of profiling and what that is which is those in the community watching a person to see what they are going to do next, or see if they can catch them doing something wrong to stop them for or belittle them for so that they can write it down and keep track of it. That is done to persecute a person that the community does not like or that is making to big of political waves in the community.
