I'm not a Texan, but his push for cervical cancer vaccinations for teen age girls showed some real guts, especially coming from the hide-your-head-in-the-sand when it comes to REAL sexual issues GOP.

He's a conservative and I'm surely not but his stand on this single issue makes me respect the man.

Most of them are happy that Dubya is no longer governor so they are willing to overlook a lot.
