He doesn't even live close. But he manages to F up every ones life. How do I get rid of him

IF he is truly a sociopath, you best got to the police, and document every single contact with him. Write down the date, time and place as well as everything said to the best of you ability to remember. As for getting rid of him, the best thing you can do is to re-direct him IF you can get his mind on somthing else other than you and the ones you love. There is (to the best of my knowlege) no good way to handle a sociopathic personality, A true sociopath is/can be very dangerous so it would be in your best intrest to contact some local counselor. Anything you do or maybe even fail to do could trigger him and cause you trouble.

Hey I have been there.
You need to learn to anticipate what he will do.. Try to do preventive things to avoid his tricks.
You have to stay on top of things with him. Make him thinks he wins. Make him feel that he has control.
Keep documents of everything so he can't hurt you.
Try to start a new life. MOve and no forwarding address.
He will not stop punishing you for messing up his illusion of life.
Never ever let him see that you get upset by you.
The best revenge is for you to be happy and successful
Be strong. Karma will take care of him in the end.

I would say continually reporting his harassment.. Also, maybe you can get a judge to find that he is a danger to you and others and have him committed. Try not to pay any attention to him.. he is seeking this.. the attention..once he is bored he will move on to someone else.. try a restraining order which includes any type of contact from him ..

i met one of these it was the worst time of my life i only new him for 8 months i didnt know he was a schizophrenic and a drug user,wheni found out i told him i didnt want to know him,he came to my house one nightand smashed all my windows they put him in prison for 1 year when he came out he found me and beat me up in front of my daughter and trashed the whole of my house i was in hospital,he was put away indefinatly now in a mental home,me and my daughter have never been the same if it wasnt for the womans aid,that helped me and the police that had him sectioned i dont think id be alive noe the reason im telling you this is because i know wat those bastard are like please get help now if you want to be saved,there is help out there i had it good luck to you x

And learned that you have to have professional, outside help. Police, lawyers, etc...
