which is the actual ip address from the sender in the email full message headers . . ? theres so many codes there . .i am not sure is which . . :)

No problem, you use the link given below, then copy the full header in that and click start when you will result you could see which is the actual ip address.

It is free on web, you can try and see.
I use the same if I doubt about email.
