It is easy. We have x -y = 4 and we can rewrite the same as

y = x - 4 (pl. see that we just interchanged the position of y and 4)

So we have m = +1 and b = -4

x=4+y
subtract 4 from each side
x-4=4+y-4
4's cancel out
x-4=y
or
