Marilyn, hi- my all time favorite milkshake flavor EVER would be a chocolate malt milkshake, with loads of malted. There used to be a great place to get those around here, but they went out of business. :o( Strawberry is good too. I like really thick milkshakes. But for me, nothing beats a chocolate malted milkshake.

French Vanilla - made with REAL icecream & topped with REAL whipped cream - not that fake in a can crap.
I had a mint chocolate shake from Jack in the Box on the weekend - that was a close second to the French Vanilla.
