Neutron star clusters haven't been found, although there could well be lots of them. Astronomers have identified many neutron stars in binary pairs though, and even one extra-solar planet in orbit about a neutron star (..in this case the neutron star is a pulsar too..)

very good question but all the stars in that cluster have the mass in a specific limit. but the neutron star cluster cannot live for a long because:
1.some stars will be attracted by gravity
2. some stars will behave like crazy as radio beam from others falls on them, some will be stopped working becuase of the bombare by radio beams of other stars.

Well, I don't know much about this but still venture to answer. Einstein, while perfectly predicting how a neutrino star would behave, never himself thought that one actually existed. His words were that the world would be a scary place with these entities. But apparently he was wrong.
