I suggest you eat 6 times daily.

1. Breakfast,
2. Small snack before lunch
3. Lunch
4. Snack
5. Dinner
6. Midnight snack

I am also the same with your case, but this one helped me gain weight. And drink milk everyday, plus other dairy products like cheese, ice cream.

Do not forget to drink A LOT of water cause it will keep your skin youthful, brain sharper, and it cleanses the body.

Last, exercise.

Good luck Madam!

It relays a lot on your genetic make up. What you can do is eat a lot more, and do weight lifting to build a muscles. eat a lot more meaning eat 60% Carbo, 40% soy base protein, then start lifting heavy. As muscles grow your weight will increase. Drink A LOT of water mean time, this will keep you healthy. Be patient. Repetition and consistency is the key here.
