You have to give her a 30 day notice to leave your home. Do everything by the law. If this has been her home for more than a week than you have to give her notice. Make copies and cover your end. Check your state laws. One way to learn is call an apartment place and ask them there process of giving notice and that way you know the steps.

this will indefinitely be a lesson learned. Always make a contract even with the nicest person when allowing someone in your home. It becomes their home too if they are receiving mail there. It is time for this person to get a job...so I would give them a news paper, penny saver, a reader and tell them to get to looking. Give them puter access to do a resume and one their first 2 checks they can save to move. GL...also ask them if they have family or other friends to stay with because you'll be remodeling your home and everyone will be have to evacuate for a month. And by then your parents are coming into town for a vist. C'mon If i can make this crap up so can u lol
