Its coming up for a year since the car was serviced (or whatever the correct interval is for the Corsa). If it's an 04 plate it will be coming up for MOT now so you need to have it looked at. If you have just had it serviced then the garage has failed to re-set the timer. To re-set it try holding the odometer button in while switching the ignition on and hold it until the display flashes and re-sets. DON'T DO THIS AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A PROPER SERVICE!!

The car probably needs to go for a service.

It's usually a warning that your next service is due.
Check your manual and your service history to be sure.

Could be short for inspection? Maybe it feels it's time for a service!

read the manual for advice or take it to the garage and ask the professionals. as it means INSPECTION or SERVICE required.
