The cost of labor in mature economies are higher unlike in developing countries. Thus, manufacturers tend to transfer their plants or factories to other countries in order to avail of cheap labor.

Expose the young ones could no longer take -over what their elders were doing like in the past.
So everyone just unload what they were doing when they aged with time.
