Only if they trade for it but they would have to give up too much probably to make it worth it.

go back in time, summer 2006, and make trades with Isiah, and tell him to give his pick to you. He WILL leave it unprotected, the knicks will be horrible, and your cavs will have the pick.

Not unless they made a trade. They're in the playoffs, not the lottery.
