I remember it. I remember all Omri Katz(I forget what his character's name was) had to do was go on his paper route via bicycle and at least three weird things would occur before he reached the end of the street.

yes I remember it and I watched it. Didn't it only last one season? Yes I just looked it up. It was one season, 18 episodes with one bonus episode, never aired. You can get it on amazon.com.
