Pehaps its easier to make love to someone you don't love because it doesn't mean as much - there's not as much at stake. When you really love someone you want things be be more than ok, you want things to be perfect, and perhaps its that extra pressure that makes it harder.
But the thing to remember is that love, and the people who are in love, aren't perfect, and if they're truely in love they will forgive the imperfections and work towards making it great for the both of them.
At least that's how I'd feel.

well this depends on a lot of things, the person you love, how long have you known them are you sure its love, becuse love is much more then a feeling, its hard work and always standing by this person. making love should always be with someone your in love with, so there is something more then sex. having sex with some one your not in love with is eaiser becuse then there is no stings attached. you dont have to look at that person for the rest of your life if you have children it makes it that much eaier becuse then its like leving all your world behind for a few hours so yes its eaiser to have sex with some one you dont love, but dose it make it right and are you hurting your self are the 2 qustions you need to ask your self.
